Saint Mary’s University

Tour the beautiful campus of Saint Mary’s University, located in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. With a history dating back to 1802, SMU has grown into a modern public, non-denominational university with a focus upon programs in science, liberal arts, and commerce. 


This all new digital book presents a tour of the SMU campus, with it’s gardens, landscapes, and historic buildings. The university’s Robie Street campus was acquired in 1943, and had previously been used as a private estate, a golf course, and a cow pasture. Groves of trees now shade the side-streets and pathways, and many landscaped gardens encourage visitors to explore and discover this informal, friendly Maritime campus.
