Sally Wants a Cat is a children's book about a young girl whose only wish was to have her own cat.
Sally was always begging her parents for a cat from the age of three. By age ten she still didn't have a cat friend, although her parents promised if she did well in her English test, she could indeed get a cat. When she got an A for her English test, she was so excited, however her parents told her she must wait. Sally was disappointed.
