Appellant Ray Sandstrom (the husband) appeals from an order in which the district court denied his motion to dismiss and his motion to vacate orders, granted the renewed motion made by Appellee Jodi Sandstrom (the wife) for entry of a summary judgment, denied the wifes motion to strike, and quieted title to a ranch in the wife.
