This is a quick read about how Amy Dorrit’s life changed. She’s a single woman managing her deceased parent’s diner. She has a boyfriend, but they’re not engaged. Her boyfriend is Andy Charles, the senior Dickens police officer. Christmas Eve morning she opens the back door of the diner expecting an animal, after hearing a mewling sound.
