One dead gangster, an ancient land feud, and a handsome new sheriff prove more challenging than perfecting her signature étouffée. With her friends beside her, she uncovers a tragedy that ties forgotten crimes to present danger. But in Cypress Grove, digging into the past can be deadly, and some will do anything to keep its secrets buried.
