For the vast majority of folks their homes are their single biggest investment and asset. They've invested thousands of dollars to purchase, maintain and improve them and to make them their own. Nobody knows your home as well as you.

Yet according to an National Association of Realtors 2011 profile of home buyers and sellers, only 10 percent of all homes are sold by owners. Why is this so low?

Fear.

Selling your home yourself is THE best way to save a ton of money but, for most folks, it's a confusing process. That's why I wrote my book.
