Saving the woman he loves
Aidyn is in Kentucky on assignment with the resting his team and doing recon he has to kill the leader of the resistance in the hills saving his teammate. But he’s got a target on him and anyone close to him. Elena lives in the town with her older mother and knows about an elixir that heals and the town keeps it safe. Aidyn sees Elena and the two become closer. Can he keep her safe as it seems that they both are in danger? I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
I Adore this GHOST Legacy Series!!
Elena lives “up the mountain” - which means she must make her own clothes, haul water three times a week, grow, harvest and hunt her own food. Her mom is ill, and they have no doctor, and she holds the recipe to the “elixir” which creates the only income for the cult-like community. Now she is being pressured to marry.
Aidyn is part of the GHOST legacy team who lives in town. They finally have their own gated community - as those living on the mountain (the BRR) keep coming at them with explosives and gunfire.
Aidyn and Elena have been passing notes and sneaking in times to meet to get to know each other. As the threats to Elena increase, Aidyn realizes he wants forever with her, and calls the team in to make a plan and do what they do best.
