Not the best and here’s why
First - There were a lot of blank pages and spacing between paragraphs to make the book appear longer than it would be otherwise. Without all of the extra pages and lines my guess would be this book would be approximately 45 - 50 pages.
Secondly- Suggestions made by the author were all common sense things, or things one could easily find on the net. Nothing new was brought to the table by the author.
Glad this book was a freebie. Otherwise, I would be asking for a refund.
