Publisher Description
From New York Times and USA TODAY bestselling indie author Nicole Edwards comes the seventh book in her Alluring Indulgence series in which Sawyer, a known womanizer, wants to change his ways when a woman from his past shows up and refuses to fall for him—not after what happened in high school...
Sawyer Walker has never run into problems with women. The female population tends to swarm toward him, in fact, and he’s never had a complaint. But there’s one woman Sawyer has always had his eye on. A woman who won’t give him the time of day. In recent months, it would seem that Kennedy Endsley is opening up to Sawyer, but she’s got a few surprises in store for him. Because, as hard as she finds it to resist the handsome Walker brother, she won’t give in easily. Not when her heart is on the line.

Love this series
I love the "Alluring Indulgence" series. They are amazing. The well written story makes the books come to life. It is also great to see characters from the past books.
I can’t wait to see what’s going to happen when I get to start reading about Brendon. Because let's face it is time for him to pull his head out of his butt and start living his life.
Hearts are fragile
This is book # 7 in the Alluring Indulgence series. It can be read as a standalone novel, but reader may enjoy further and understand better by reading in the order intended.
Sawyer has watched most of his brothers and even friends of the family fall in love. What drives him crazy is he knows who he wants and has tried to go after her, but she holds his past sins against him. Who knew the girl he helped tease in high school would turn out the be the love of his life?
Kennedy finds Sawyer a hot mess. She has a hard time resisting his advances, but she is sincerely afraid he will hurt her if she gives in. The pain of the past is still with her. Can his fevered kisses and electric touches save her from the things that still haunt her?
This was a story that I thought I was going to dislike. How could someone make up for the past? Well, I will never doubt this author again! Sawyer and Kennedy were meant to be and this was a passionate and sweet book. I am keeping this one on my shelf!
