Scalia v. Erie Insurance Exchange

1 The issue presented is whether the trial court abused its discretion in awarding attorneys fees to defendant-appellee, following a trial in which the jury found that appellee had not breached its insurance contract with plaintiffs-appellants. Finding no abuse of discretion, we affirm.
