Schneider v. Depies Et Al‪.‬

The complaint alleges causes of action for damages growing out of claimed negligence of the defendant, Walter Depies, resulting in the death of plaintiffs decedent, Frankie B. Schnieder. The defendant, Farmers Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, interposed a plea in bar to the complaint and applied for summary judgment upon said plea. The trial court granted summary judgment.
