Schukart v. Gerousbeck

TOOZE, Justice. This is an action by John Schukart, as plaintiff, against P. C. Gerousbeck, E. E. Bentley, and Dale Fields, as defendants, to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been caused by defendants negligence. The jury returned a verdict in favor of defendants Bentley and Fields, and for the plaintiff against defendant Gerousbeck in the sum of $2,000. Judgment was entered accordingly, and defendant Gerousbeck appeals therefrom.
