A great collection of English, French, Indian and Asian cuisine, and it’s free so no complaints here.
There were a few dishes I had never heard of, can’t wait to try them out!
As the writer of this book is English, and I am American, there were a few recipes that had ingredients that I had never heard of and directions that were specific to Europe, but a simple search will answer all questions.
