I love the techniques in this book. I have given this book away many times to other sales professionals.
Usable Information
Very interesting sales approach that is not intrusive and has broad application. I intend to practice these techniques in some of my regular social interactions to see what happens.
The closes mentioned at the end really haven’t changed from the teachings of Tom Hopkins and others, but the way they were presented was perhaps more in tune with the current times.
