A side trip
This story takes Ani and Nik to York to handle the arrangements for a distant Aunt. It was a lovely breather from the hi jinx they get into! Very nice!.

Book 4 - Kills It
Amazing how unlabeled detectives Ani and boyfriend Nik keep finding problems in their god Anubis’s temples. First their home temple and now York’s temple. Finding a Blessed there? What?! So these two call in reinforcements in the name of her Blessed mentor for help. What a plot twist! And the ending has a bit of a cliffhanger. Love this series.

Trouble from a different source
Ani and Nick are back… still finding trouble and wrongdoing wherever they go. This time they are sent to York in an official capacity… Even there they find some wrongdoing. A visit by her mentor and things and well. However, upon their arrival home ominous circumstances appear and once again they’re off and stumbling head-on into conflict.
