Addictive series, but this is getting expensive!
I agree with the previous review. I became emotionally invested in the characters of this series. That is a sign of a very good writer. However, out of principal I may have to stop buying books by this author. I just happened to look at the number of pages of her next book (Secret 5) and there are only 100 pages! Seriously, Ward, do you really think your readers won't notice? I am disappointed.

I have never once written a review for a book or novel that I have read before (and I read ALOT!!), however I am so upset with these books that I am forced to write one.
I thought the concept and the plot was great for the secret series but I am astounded with how the author was soooo greedy that she split what could have been one decent book (two tops) into 5 short stories, and charging 2.99 for each!!
I am more upset with myself for continuing to buy each book, stupidly thinking that each would be different and longer. Word to the wise..do not purchase the first in the series, because if you are anything like myself you will become emotionally invested and want to see to the end -hating yourself the entire time!
