Liam “whiskey” O'Neil is not the man that Samantha O’Neil once knew when she discovers he is alive. Samantha wants to run to his arms and love him but Whiskey has massive PTSD from what he went through. Samantha tries everything that is recommended to her to do to not only help herself but Liam’s and Samantha son LJ. Does Whiskey discover who he is? Does Samantha break and run to another man’s arms? Does Whiskey make a decision and regret it? Does Whiskey fight for the love of his life?
This book will pull at all your heart strings. This book is one of my favorites and I highly recommend it. This book doesn’t require you to read the others prior but if you want a better picture on all the characters I definitely recommend.
Author Cassie Colton is a phenomenal writer and I just can’t wait for the next one to come out.

Oh my heart!! You’ll need tissues as read Whiskey and Samantha’s story. Whiskey is believed dead but years later is found alive. He’s a shell of the man he used to be. He believes Samantha and their son LJ would be better off without him. This book has all the feelings you could possibly want. Sunshine will always find her flame.
