Five years ago, I gave my heart to Melody Miller and she ran off with it. I never thought I'd see it or her again until the night I walked into The Pink Rose. Yet, there she was, the rock star who had decided to grace her hometown fans by showing up for amateur karaoke night. How was I supposed to believe she'd come back for me after all this time?
