The hammock

Tremendous work put out for anyone seeking to tap into a deeper part of the self. Love the image on the cover, and the explanation of the imagery in the guide. Makes me want a hammock in every room (must read to find out more). The prompts for breathing and different techniques of breathing have become a daily part of my life. Developing a morning routine has been challenging for my scattered brain, but the many prompts have helped me bring order to chaos [in my mind] so to speak. The many questions respective to the ‘type of day’ one may have is impactful and very helpful to sift through the emotions I have but just can’t articulate in those moments. Would recommend this work to anyone and everyone!
