Must read for any salesperson or sales manager
The tactics described in this book are extremely helpful. I’m currently changing sales jobs. My current sales job is mostly done over the phone. Even though I do most my networking and marketing on the field face to face I close all my sales over the phone. My new job will be strictly face to face sales. I’m definitely motivated and much more confident having learned these new tactics. I strongly recommend reading this book.
As salespeople we are hardwired to believe that most prospects lose interest when a sales presentation takes longer than a few minutes but this book encourages the total opposite. Take time with your prospects so that a buying decision can be made on the spot.
I currently work for a home heating company so I don’t have to create much urgency, Mother Nature does it for me.
I will be doing something completely different and it was awesome reading these great examples on how to create urgency myself.
This is the best $10 book I purchased in a long time.
