The Real Story Begins Here
Ferid... So evil and hatable and yet so likeable? An interesting character I love to hate. Another gorgeous cover.
A few darker aspects of the Japanese Imperial Demon Army are revealed. In the meantime, two characters who should definitely not fight each other battle to the death. One-on-one, things might be different, but who fights fairly in a war? Yu arrives just in time to see the victor defeat the loser, and he immediately stabs the bloodsucker through the chest while cursing him to die. He realizes who it is a moment too late, and the drama steps up into full blast.
Then, Shinoa finds out the hard way that the humans might not actually be the good guys on this battlefield... The story finally begins for real as a can of mysteries are opened into the spotlight. Did you pick up the subtle hints scattered in the previous volumes?
