Elizabeth Atkins is gifted. She can work such wonders with a pencil and piece of paper that even the Old Masters would nod in awe. However, the nods Elizabeth gets from her teachers are more out of concern than admiration. Elizabeths senior high school years begin with a wake-up call. Her daydreaming days are over.
