Back on Azul, Rear Admiral Bagatelle remains under house arrest by Councilman Len Johnson, who has seized the title of System Chairman. With the Vrol at his back and banished Prīmulī as his allies, Johnson is preparing to wipe out every living soul across the four worlds.
