Worst way to spend your money
I honestly want a refund.
There were so many grammatical errors on the first 10 pages, I don't understand how you even release work such as this. I don't know who proofread this, but they need a new job.
The grammar goes hand in hand with the first review written with "five stars", as anyone can see how the spelling in that review was dreadful as well.
The information was basic at best, and very obvious. If you're researching and reading books on Real Estate Wholesaling than all the information in this book, you already know. It is a glorified summary preaching to tell the truth.
That leads me to my next point. 50-70 pages (forget the exact number) is not a book. I've read articles far longer.
Save your money, it will serve you better than this "book"

Guys buy this book I'm so ____ serious right now I enjoyed every page I now understand wholesaling even better detailed and everything there's literally a common sense formula and excellent advice from start to finish being a wholesaler at Wisco Properties I can see profits maximizing for the company thanks to this book!!!!
