Awesome read!

I enjoy Stacy-Deanne's books, and this book, just like her others, didn't disappoint! The angle I enjoyed most about the heroine. Once Kaya realized she made a mistake, she owned it. Not only did she take measures to do the right thing, but she was smart every step of the way. She wasn't a "to stupid to live" type of character. Also, I like strong women who don't just sit back and wait for things to happen. Kaya knew when things were dangerous, and she reported it to the authorities. The authorities were reluctant to do anything, which (to me) was very realistic given a couple of women I've talked to in my own life who've been through a similar situation. The realism is my second favorite part of this story. Also, Brandon was a total sweetheart (which I love for male leads).

I had a hard time putting this one down, but that's typical with a Stacy-Deanne story.
