This appeal is from an interlocutory decree of the District Court enjoining the Sewerage Commission of the City of Milwaukee from selling any activated sludge, fertilizer, or "Milorganite," produced in its sewage disposal plant by the use of the patented processes and apparatus, in infringement of appellees patents, previously held valid and infringed by this court.
