Impossible to put down!!!

Took me a long time to read
I do think the writing and the story line is just as good as the first 2 books and it’s likely that I’ll buy the next one too. But… it took me forever to get through bc after the first 2 books it was so much of the same that I just became bored with it… I paused this one and read a few other books then came back to finish. I wasn’t as excited or on the edge of my seat bc I felt like I read it all already. Even though it was new. As a romance, the passion and back and forth between the MCs isn’t captivating. It’s like a trauma bond with deep love and respect. But not really “fun and hot”. Idk just my take. I would have liked them to have more downtime and fun rather than just constant danger and challenges.
