Lee wrote this in 1979 when performing piano and vocals at The Cellar Door in Houston and performed it throughout the U.S. The late Jimmy Baldridge and his band recorded it from the arrangement by Mr. Shelly Berg. In 2012/2013, Lee wrote a novel with the same title and based on the idea expressed in the lyrics. The video trailer for the novel features the song as performed by Jimmy and his band.
