Delusional twisted person of interest story
The opening is nontraditional with a confidential transcipt to profile persons with mental illness. But why? To harness their skills across the darknet for goverment gain. Gets a little confusing, but keeping in mind, Hansel Heidelberg is cycling into a paranoid delusion, I continued reading. And it seems plausable.
