Quinn and Driftwood
What a great read. Quinn is such a tough character but still fights her demons with her birthmark, but Driftwood hangs on for dear life and helps bring her around to a life of beauty, love and trust. Realistic lines with religious zealots and freaks also plays into the story with some real weird folks!!! Page turning suspense!
Some Twists to This One
Quinn Dixon has faded a lot of rejection and downright prejudice in her life, all because of the port wine birthmark on her face. She’s self conscious around new people, especially men, even her crush John.
When John “Driftwood” Trettle first sets eyes on Quinn, he’s captivated by her emerald eyes and beautiful smile. He sees the real Quinn, not the birthmark. He’s determined to get to know her better. A lot better.
Another great book
I love Susan Stoker’s books and this one is no different. Driftwood and Quinn’s story was filled with all the emotions and in true Susan Stoker style alpha males and their strong women.
