Easy read
Lots of good stuff going on to keep the mystery alive. The characters were fun and even the not so nice people had depth to their characters. Great book
I want to read more !!
I could not put it down !! It was so good and I loved that Abe had a soft side that most readers don’t see often. ❤️ I wish the books were free
Good plot, sub-par writing
I really like the plot and the characters, but the author does a lot of telling you about what a character thinks or how they behave, rather than showing it through actions, conversations, and dialogue. It feels very surface level, but these characters have the ability to be so much deeper. I want to know what they’re *doing* and understand their personality from that, rather than having it narrated to me. The telling makes the book really repetitive and kind of hard to read in some spots, drawing me out of the story.
