Just ok :-(
I only lost 1 pound after week one so got discouraged and could not get myself back started for week two. I guess I need the strictness at the beginning so I can feel like I am doing something and keep me going. Oh well on to the next one :-(((((((((
Not any good info
Very disappointed in this book. He just tells u what to eat and eat every few hours according to a time table and u have to eat. But no where in the book does he explain how the plan works and no details on anything. No scientific. Data or info. Maybe chapters r missing in the iBook edition cuz it seems very incomplete
This diet's results are dubious
By the second week I had gained three pounds. Uh. I don't eat this much food. I'll pass on the rest of the "diet."
