Waste of money
You could read this in 5 mins!!! I could of gotten all this information for free online, so mad.
Good
This is a very short book that only takes maybe 15 mins to read. It's best suited to anyone BUT the sickly mother. I've sufferred from extreme morning sickness and while planning my next pregnancy, I've already read many websites who gave me this same information. Most moms these days (in the USA) do plenty of their own research before and during pregnancy via the internet. This book would prob be best suited for the father, or other caretaker who doesnt have time to scour the internet.
I personally will ask my husband to read this so he basically has a Cliff Notes version of what my weeks of internet research have already provided.
