Jon Lee "Mats" Matsumoto has his swag. He loves the ladies but when Josephine catches his eye, his world turns on its head. Dating a police officer was not part of his plan. Then again, dating women who didn't understand his life as a First Responder had been a total disaster. Josephine took his breath away with her strength.

Josephine "Joe" Swan is used to being one of the guys. She's used to being just another officer on the streets. Until Jon Lee takes her on an impromptu date and everything changes. Her world and her heart is opening up.
