This guide provides recreational Table Tennis players with a clear, concise set of rules to govern and enhance their play.  The rules are based on Chapter 2 of the International Table Tennis Federation (the “ITTF”) 2013-2014 Handbook, but have been curated and re-written to make them easier to read and understand.
