Simulation and Valuation of Projects Permanent Sustainability (Report‪)‬

1. INTRODUCTION A lot of problems are involved when different kind of projects are planning, for example: production projects, investment projects, logistics projects. Many of variants and the complicacy of their evaluation that don't give a space for selection of optimal solution variant when projector use a classical tools (Cibulka, V. 2006). The projects are mostly realized following the vista and criteria. If the project is very expensive the modifications are made that the project may be realized. It's difficult to speak about whole project parameters optimalisation, when the requirements are indefined, time pressure is occured, low financial resources and unavalibility of modern project tools are occured too. It happend so many times that in project figure the limitations, which do not allow fully using of all its possibilities. The problems must be solved during the project operation and that brings rising of costs.
