Sinking Wall Street

In the Middle East and off the coast of Venezuela oil tankers are sinking, sending the major stock markets into a downward spiral. The worst depression the world has known is upon us. Once again SEC agent Nathan Foster joins forces with Interpol’s Armando Schmidt along with FBI agent Ashley Sims. Their task is to track down those responsible for manipulating the world’s oil prices. Their investigation sends them to a coffee plantation on the outskirts of Sao Paulo. There Foster and Schmidt hope to catch the terrorists, but before they can be apprehended, the thugs make their way to a resort on the outskirts of Havana. Despite a hurricane Foster and Schmidt manage to follow the terrorists; however, tight security at the resort prevent them from overpowering the culprits who once again flee their grasp. Foster discovers that an executive of an oil refinery in Vladivostok is behind the terrorists. He wants to drive up oil prices. Foster and Schmidt call in a favor from international playboy, Omar Qassem, who helps them trace the terrorists to the Middle East. Foster comes close to losing his life while chasing them through the Suez Canal. The terrorists flee back to the Caribbean to seek asylum only to find Foster, Schmidt and Sims waiting for them. A fierce gun battle results.
