Sins Arise

Dead bodies, a serial killer, and the deepest depths of hell unleashed on a small town. David Delarosa, a young police detective assigned to investigate a string of homicides so brutal, even his seen-it-all, aging mentor, Captain Dorenkott, is shocked by their savage nature, including one victim who turns out to be Dorenkott's own niece.

While the latest succession of slayings stirs up echoes of the past, the increased barbarity of the most recent crime scene seems to deviate from the patterns laid out by previous ones.
