Diet stuff is sexist, some recipes might taste good
I didn't get this to lose weight, because dieting per se usually results in yo-yo weight, where lost pounds come back with friends. I've screwed up my metabolism plenty already, thanks.
(Plus it's all "women, ya gotta sacrifice to lose weight!" Which, ugh.)
The recipes have some that look worth trying, though, simply as "this might taste good," and it was free.
There are some weirdnesses: pictures that don't match the ingredients, and OCR errors like "420 0F" instead of °F. And what the heck is "gentle heat," anyway? 🙄
I think I can compensate for these, but don't expect 100% "follow the instructions" recipe. Make sure you're logic-testing them yourself first.
