The three biggest lies I told on my first day at Laureldale High School:

My name is Ella Dae
The Grim Reaper doesn’t exist
I don’t know how Mr. Carver died in math class

Moving to Laureldale should have been the start of a new, safer, less death-filled life.

A picturesque mountain town, a guardian who actually wants me around, an unusual amount of hot guys in my class, and enough werewolves, fae, and banshees to keep poor little seer me from feeling like the only secret freak in town―I almost started to believe things might be different this time.

But seers don’t get to hide from what they are. The visions always find me, and Laureldale has a growing corpse problem.

Getting dragged into a murder investigation, I can handle.
Keeping my name off the victim list? Significantly harder.
