The Last Resort is falling.

First class med tech Kara Knight did not sign up for a disaster. She signed up to wake sleepers on the colony ship, and sail back to Earth with her new boyfriend. But the moment the ship reached the planet Daybreak, something hit them. Something big. And now all her plans have been cancelled in the rush of a disaster big enough to swallow her and nearly a thousand colonists.



Kara can do nothing about the ship crashing. But she can choose what to do with her last moments. She can choose to save as many people as possible. And maybe in the process, save herself.
