Skull Daddy II: Mother/Father

Addy and Everett are struggling. They've been trying to conceive without success and it's breaking Addy's heart. Not only that, but they're starting to worry that they won't even be able to afford a child. So, after much research, they decide to rent out their basement.

Enter Olive, the perfect tenant. Or is she? She's clean, quiet, and keeps to herself. Her senior cat, Autumn, doesn't cause any trouble. But strange and horrible things have been happening ever since she moved in. And the friends she keeps inviting over are not the kinds of people Addy and Everett want in their home.

What does Olive want with this couple? Is she a blessing or a curse? Only one thing is clear: if Addy wants to become a mother, she's got some tough choices to make.
