Great, fun, innovative (for it’s time) read
I read this book in high school. Not many books captivate me anymore but this one did. I read it in a day. Science Fiction fans will enjoy. :)
Slan
To appreciate this work an individual must remember the historical context. This work reflects the ambivalence of post war America. On the one hand a naive belief that science and technology will result in progress and the greater good while acknowledging the behavior of humans and their base instincts may derail that progress. I think that the null- A series is a better story but this book indirectly addresses a beginning civil rights movement and therefore is a story that will be more relevant.
