Publisher Description
The girl next door is the one that got away. He just doesn’t know it yet. . . .
“Touching and seductive . . . a perfect blend of romantic sexiness and sweet sentimentality.”—Publishers Weekly (starred review)
Sawyer: After my wife died, I promised myself I’d never go through the pain of losing someone again. Now I keep my flings neat, tidy, and one-time-only. Besides, my son needs me more than ever. He’s miserable in our new town, so I’m pumped when he makes friends with the kid next door—until I recognize his mom from a one-night stand. Perky and upbeat, Elle Dunning is not my type for anything other than tearing up the sheets. So why do I keep letting myself get roped into game nights and get-togethers?
Elle: It so hasn’t been my year. That’s my first thought when I see my new next-door neighbor. I never would have hooked up with Sawyer Paulson if my husband hadn’t left me for his high-school sweetheart, but because our eight-year-old boys have become best friends, I’ve got to make nice with Mr. Tall, Dark, and Silent. Yet the more time we spend together, the more Sawyer opens up. We’ve both been hurt—badly. So it’s one thing to send the kids off to sleepaway camp together. It’s quite another to promise each other a lifetime of sleepovers. . . .
Sleepover is a standalone novel with no cheating, no cliffhangers, and a satisfying happily ever after. This ebook includes an excerpt from another Loveswept title.

APPLE BOOKS REVIEW
Masterfully blending high emotion and intense sensuality, Sleepover is a showstopper. Serena Bell’s romance focuses on single mother Elle Dunning. Elle is thrilled when a playmate for her young son moves in next door; she’s less thrilled when she realizes his father is Sawyer Paulson, a man with whom she had a mind-blowing one-night stand. Despite their mutual attraction, the new neighbors have every reason to believe that a real relationship is impossible. We love how Bell expertly tackles her characters’ emotional trauma, and how she bolsters our faith in the healing power of second chances.
PUBLISHERS WEEKLY
In this touching and seductive contemporary by Bell (following Head Over Heels and Do Over), the friendship between two boys leads to romance for their single parents. Handsome furniture maker Sawyer Paulson moves to the small town of Revere Lake, Wash., and his son immediately bonds with their neighbor's son. The other boy's mother is Elle Dunning, a writer with whom Sawyer had a one-night stand after the death of his wife two years earlier. There is tenderness and humor as Elle and Sawyer rekindle their earlier passion while managing the logistics of raising their inseparable eight-year-olds. Sawyer and Elle's erotic encounters are sizzling and well balanced with complex emotions as Sawyer copes with missing his wife and wanting more intimacy with Elle, while Elle, who is still recovering from her ex-husband's betrayal, is wary of Sawyer's continued attachment to the memory of his wife. Bell's characters are fully actualized, and their interpersonal relationships, such as Sawyer's interactions with his brother and Elle's relationships with her supportive best friends, effectively highlight their likable personalities. This is a perfect blend of romantic sexiness and sweet sentimentality.

Great Story!!
This book is sooooooo good!! I'm loving these interconnected books that Serena Bell is writing. The characters are fantastic and I'm definitely invested in all of them getting their HEA.
I loved the concept of this book. Sexy single-dad widower. Divorced single-mom who was really burned by her ex. The one-night stand who ends up being your next door neighbor and your son's BFF. This book was funny, heartwarming, and had a decent amount of angst. Once I started I couldn't put it down.
I can't wait to see which character gets their story next!!

This is my first book by Serena Bell and it certainly won’t be my last.
Elle Dunning is a divorced, single mother who decides that maybe a one night stand will boost her up...little does she know that he might show up again when she least expects it. She sees someone moving in next door and her son ends up with a new friend...when she goes to introduce herself to the neighbor...it’s her one night stand...
Sawyer Paulson is a widowed, single dad and carpenter who since his wife passed away is determined to only have one night stands and never seeing them again. That is until he moves and comes face to face with the only one night stand he can’t seem to forget...Elle.
Can these two put their pasts behind them and build a future together or will the past keep them from finding their HEA..
