Slick Diamond in the Underworld

A 64-page Graphic Novel, During the latter half of the 20th century, within the world of enterprise and the ebb and flow of power on the planet, the USA, then the dominant culture encompassing the entire western world, fought two major conflicts, part of what would become the greater third world wars, which history would record as the great drug wars!!!  Into this melee was thrown a young special intelligence agent Slick Diamond with orders to go deep undercover and just monitor the situation; responsible only to, and reporting directly to, the PRESIDENT!
