Great resource on fat burning.
Well written book that is easy to read and digest. Value his information on turning your body into a fat burner and training in HR zones. Disagree with a lot of his nutrition advice but only because it does not work for me. It may work for others. Better than the S.A.D. Diet any day. He leans towards the Mediterranean diet which is too high carb for me. A must read for all endurance athletes.
