After the Alts agreed to share Earth Two with humans on a trial basis, Flower adds transporting colonists to her already packed itinerary. But it takes a certain sort of person to start farming on a half-finished tech-ban world, and Flower’s residents soon find themselves playing host to traditional communities from the Old Way movement and Alt. Can treadle technology and sewing circles coexist with advanced aliens and interstellar jumps?
