John and Teresa Polk have grown to appreciate and love the different cultures and cuisines.  They have a multi-cultural family, and have tasted great food while traveling across the U.S. and in many countries.  They really enjoy cooking the foods they have experienced.  Both also bring recipes from their parents and grandparents, which they want to pass along to their children (and you!)
