SMART PERFORMANCE!
At SMART HELP! we are changing how people learn. Seven books, each built to widen what you know, stretch your sense of what is possible, and get you results you can use when you need them.
SMART PERFORMANCE! asks what you can do now that you couldn't do before. Productivity counts how much you got done. Performance measures what you've become capable of. Most of us have watched the videos and read the articles, then found we still couldn't do the thing when it counted. Knowing about something and being able to do it are two different skills.
You tell us what you want to be able to do, what has to stay intact while you learn it, where your skills stand now, what keeps getting in the way, what you've already tried, who else is affected, where you see yourself a year from now, and what success would look like. We turn that into one core problem: the one gap that, once closed, opens up the most. Then we build a 12-week solution of steps sized to where you are, each one small enough to finish and big enough to teach you something real. We keep asking questions until we're more than 85% confident you will succeed. Then we get to work.
The work is shared between you, industry experts, and AI assistants. You work on your own, report when you finish a milestone, and talk through next steps. As long as you're keeping to your timeline and the quality holds, we leave you to it. If you start to fall behind or the quality slips, we step in to find out what has you stuck, and we work with you until you're moving again.
You chart the course. We help you trade "Do I know how to do this?" for "How do I figure this out?" Your current ability is a starting position, and sometimes the smart move is to learn it yourself while other times it's to ask, hire or use a tool. This is a judgment-free zone.
We're entering an era when people with specific skills, working together, will be in demand. Instead of looking for a job, you'll be recruited for project work alongside other professionals. The better you get at those skills, and the more deliberate you are about what you want to offer, the more successful you'll become.
