Customer Reviews
Snappsy - great story for the reader as well
It’s rare to find a book that’s both great for very young children, and fun for the reader too. Here the snarky and clever interchange between Snappsy and the narrator is definitely something the young kids pick up on, pulling them right into the story. But that same interchange, sometimes subtle and unspoken, also grabs us older kids reading the story. It’s a great story for acting out roles as well, with kids playing Snappsy or vice versa. All in all a terrific little story with wonderfully expressive illustrations. Five stars.
